What Seems Impossible

Raindrops fall

from a cloudless sky,

what seems impossible

will astound us all.

A fragile balance

of what looks unreal,

gets the world to spin around.

An incredible feat,

has jaws dropping in awe.

Keeping our dignity through shreds of common sense.

We believe what we see,

but even that is unbelievable.

We think nature’s off it’s course,

thinking we’ll die, to our remorse.

A catcher’s dream, to see it sunny.

Standing on a wet field,

the grass bright green,

looks up to the sky, oh so keen.

And all this panic just because

raindrops fall

from a cloudless sky.
