Light In The Darkness

Shrouded in eternal Darkness,

Never seeing what’s around.

Wanting to break straight through,

But not knowing exactly how.

Needing some outside help,

But not knowing exactly what.

A light maybe,

To break through the night.

The light comes through,

But not how I imagined it would.

A smile is all it takes,

I’ve found the light.

It slowly eats the dark,

Bringing more and more light.

The smile that makes it right,

No matter what the problem.

Now that I’ve found the light,

All the darkness evaporates.
