Night Is Here

This is the sounding toll

To mark the end of day

Watching as the sun sinks down

Till one last shining ray

Night approaches

Black as coal

Embracing all in its depths

Darkness all of us will drown

As the Sun takes its last labored breaths

Night, at last, is here

All the clocks will chime

Night, at last, is here.

A/N: "Yeah, so what? I like the night. I have no idea how long this was sitting in my computer," shrugs "so I'll just put it up now and see what other random things I can find..."
