The body’s an astronaut ---

She’s getting ready to travel

Beyond her mind

And into her heart!

She’s about to explore

The wonder of the universe,

She’s about to get in touch

With her True Self ---

She will see herself as she

Really is,

Her strength AND her weaknesses!

And she will not only accept herself

But she will Love herself unconditionally

And she will share this Love with

Others,

They will begin to Love themselves

Just as they are as well!
