"Hey Morgan," Adrianna asked looking down at me lying in the grass of my front lawn. I grunted and turned to her as Horgie shifted up wards thinking that I would take him for a run again. She knew my attention was on her and began to talk.

"Who's that guy over there the really tall dude." I turned so my right cheek was facing the mid-June sun then shifted to my elbows.

"Him?" I pointed over at Cory whom was showing his six pack to Mr. and Ms. Bayzia's granddaughters whom were visiting them from India. Personally I didn't really care that much for them since they were those girly girls like Adrianna but back then she was just like me, a total tomboy.

She nodded her gaze shifting to him. "That's Cory Flanagen. He lives over there." I pointed to his house 144 N. Berstin Cr. before having my head fall into the grass of my front yard.

"Can you introduce us?"

"Why? He's a major player." Some times I just wish she would stop trying to date a football player. There's enough in our grade but no she just has to get into the eyes of some sophomore. I lifted my head up to shoot her a look of total stupidity. She kinda disserved it any way.

"Please before my mom sends me to cheerleading camp that's all I ask is for you to introduce me." She gave me the puppy dog pout. I sighed and got up to walk over to him. When I got there the Bayzia's granddaughters were giggling and toughing his six-pack with their forefingers.

"Excuse me." I told them both and pulled him away from the two. I tugged him by his right arm over to Adrianna.

"Hi." She giggled her gaze never leaving his.

"Hi." He smiled showing off his pearly whites.

"Cory this is Adrianna, Adrianna this is Cory."

And ever since I introduced them the two have been inseparable. They decide to stay together even though Cory's cheated on her countless times. I even warned her but she's too full of her self and a slut to even care that he's cheated on her.

"I'll see you in a month Morgan!" she hugged me before getting on the bus to camp.

"I'll miss you Anna!" I waved and watched the bus turn the corner before running home with Horgie.

Horgie is my Husky, at that time he was still a pup since we (meaning my dad and I) got him for me for my 13th birthday.

After Sparks went to bed, I opened the sliding glass door to holler for Horgie but I heard him bark and he scattered to the kitchen to his bowl filled with Kibble. It was just my black and white Horgie and I sitting in the kitchen before my dad walked into the house with his brief case and lab coat.

"Hey Morgan." He told me walking into the kitchen and up the straight up the stairs to bed.

"G'Night dad." I told him watching Horgie eat then sit down and look up at me with his big ice blue eyes. Once I moved off of the door Horgie sat up and followed me up the stairs to bed. There were about four doors on each side and one at the end, which just so happened to be the closet. Up above all the other rooms on the second floor was a string attached to a trapdoor. I guess you might know where that trap door leads to. If you don’t then I'll tell you. MY ROOM! Yesh I live in the attic I don't really mind living up there. It doesn't smell that bad. It is kinda smelly but I swear to god that's just my running shoes.
