THANKSGIVING POEM

I thank you on this day
For all your kind ways
For being there for me
Whenever need be

I thank you for your love
And all of the above
For you are too sweet
One to 'handle the heat'.

I thank you for your care
That you show me everywhere
And your affections so great
Ten on a scale of 1-10, I rate

I thank you for your thanks
And I put you in my top ranks
I'll never forget you
And I hope the same, you will do

You haven't let me down
To you, I am bound
My Thanksgiving day
Would be incomplete without you today

Please accept my passion
Of love, hope, devotion, and affection
And may your Thanksgiving
Be the happiness Lord may bring
