All Seeing Eyes

Side by side they sit,

Not moving.

Yet with painted smiles.

They lead no life,

Have no reason to smile,

Their shiny outfits,

And painted smiles.

Wind them up,

And their heads will spin,

Playing an innocent tune.

All I hear are echoes,

That freezes my skin.

My hands shake.

My lips tremble.

My heart beats in my head.

Their heads twist all the way round,

As the music plays,

Their eyes always watching me,

Even when their heads are spinning.
