Message of Suffering

I don’t understand,

Why it has to be this way.

I think if I write it down,

Maybe it would go away.

That, if someone else knew,

Knew my pain,

That I wouldn’t have to suffer.

That it was all I needed to say

I know now that it will never be enough.

Not even if my message is relayed.

I am stuck with the guilt.

Caught with knowing it’s not okay.
