She's always hazy after

moments of clarity,

blowing smoke to hide her

postponed thoughts

(they try to seep from

ducts and tongues, but are always

getting caught)

she's always a little bit lazy after

catching on fire,

stretching from the end of

relaxed toes until the aching stops

(you've got to work out the

anticipation sometimes,

after all that buildup).
