Loner

She walks down the streets,

Always by herself,

Never looking up,

Never saying a word.

No one knows her,

Where she lives,

If she has a family,

They don’t know.

She always stares at the ground,

As if she is ashamed.

The people do not know her story,

Only that she is there every day,

Walking down the streets,

All alone.
