It’s A Platinum Goldfish, Dude

WOW

It’s a platinum goldfish, dude,

Swimming around in that bowl –

It ain’t worth its weight in gold

‘Cos it’s in a platinum mood.

That’s gotta be diamond, baby;

This fish shimmers like silver -

Its eyes are worth more than your

Life. Sell them to you? Just maybe.

Hey,

It’s a platinum goldfish, dude,

It makes garnet look grubby

And emerald seem ugly;

Now, agate just ain’t as good -

Well, it is a fish after, all.

Pristine, spherical matrix

In which to live and die and

Answer nature’s call is all that

Matters to this aviatrix

Of the oceans, whether it be

Bowl or globe that it sails in,

Aquatic air is all it

Needs to be truly fishy free.

Platinumfish has got it all

While in the face of nature

Humans stall.
