Jeremy and the edge of something
You say my name casually in your sleep
but its like a slap to
the face,
I take it all wrong. I think, he loves
me madly,
deeply,
the kind of love that he would leave
his girlfriend
for.
The kind of love that would let us
stay, like a
crescent shape, ebbing,
on the edge of the stars.
