This starts the end of my life,

Never thought I’d have to say goodbye.

Wish I’d of kept the words to myself,

Instead of crying here alone, tonight.

Beamed on by the night’s darkness,

Shadowed by the sun’s light,

Giving up all that’s left in me,

Since the day we goodbye.

Replaying all the memories,

The fears I had inside,

The truth was all around me,

I’d been living a lie.

My heart torn to pieces,

World breaking down,

Our destiny’s all around us,

We all end up fallen, broken, and defeated.

Three words, one moment, can bring your world crashing down.

All the pressure building up inside, you finally let it go,

Then you find out no matter how much you apologize,

You’re gonna end up alone.

Look around you, can't you see,

How everything is perfect?

This is how we're all believe in false dreams,

Because perfect is a lie.

Fallen to the ground,

With a failed destiny.

Shattered dreams and broken promises,

Is what my life depends on.
