What is it about this word?

So many people seek it

All I hear and see is people in love

What is that emotion that so many seek?

I search for someone to love

I find no one no matter how hard I search

One night by the lake I sit and cry

I hear the sound of footsteps

I look up as the moon comes out from behind the clouds

Silver hair and emerald eyes greet me

He smiles at me and I know I have found someone to love
