My life is a rope

It’s always being cut down

My days are numbered

Now my only wish

Is for you to see my here

And know I’m alive

One look through the skin

And you’ll see a difference

A whole new person

Love’s mysterious

Denying all your feelings

And pray for a sign

Please don’t doubt yourself

Cause if you lose confidence

It will not return

Some people think big

And have their one dream destroyed

This is how I live

Lying here heartbroken

Hurt where you stepped on my heart

Not just once, but twice
