Light and Dark

Pain overcomes all my senses

Darkness soon overcomes that

I see a small light

I feel myself going towards it

I feel a small prick at my neck

Then something pulling me away from the light

I feel myself reconnect with my body

But I cannot move

I feel my body changing

Somehow my body is stronger

It has stopped and I am pulled into my body

The first thing I notice is that there is someone holding me

I open my eyes and see

Golden hair and red-rimmed green eyes

He tells me that I am alive

I ask how

He will not meet my eyes

I know what he has done

He did the only thing he could do to save me

He turned me into what he is

A creature of the night
