Hey. This is a story created by me and my good friend. The charecters are based on three of my really good and special friends. I hope you enjoy it and please review. It would be much apreciated.

Holiday homework can be dangerous. Yes that’s right it can be horribly disastrous. It is the main cause of some catastrophic tragedy. Well it is if your part of the five strangest people you will ever set eyes on. Today’s homework task was planning a two week journey across the world. As you can imagine it wasn’t getting anywhere. Super creative nerd Lauren was a bit over excited and was getting a bit ahead of her self. As always she was taking on most of the project. Nicole was trying to assist her but when you’re delayed in reactions you’re not going to be much help.

“Ok next I think we should hit India” Lauren declared.

“After Africa” Nicole said out loud, trying to contribute.

“No Nic” Lauren told her gently. “Africa was two countries ago.” Nic looked at her confused.

“Why are we hitting India” Bec asked casually.

“I thought it was Africa” Leisa replied. Bec and Leisa, although it’s quite obvious, were both dopey nobodies. Not that they didn’t have any personalities. It’s just that most people didn’t realizes they were there until it was too late. Lauren shook her head at them and then continued writing rapidly. Two minutes later Nicole finally spoke.

“Were not hitting Africa, that’s not what she means”

“Told you it was India, not Afghanistan” Bec said triumphantly.

“Can I set it on Fire” an eager voice asked. The speaker was Emily who had a very scary fascination with fire.

“No Em” Lauren muttered to her friend who was well lets just say a subject of extreme curiosity. “Anyway were to next” Lauren looked around at her friends. Nicole was sitting cross legged, with the strain of concentration easily showing on her face. Next to her were the nobodies, who I may add had spent the last year searching for their some bodies. Don’t ask because even they don’t understand. Right now however they were attempting to play rock, paper and scissors. Although with them it’s more like rock, rock, rock and rock. Emily was sitting on the dinning room table, looking crestfallen because her attempt to set fire to something was thwarted yet again.

I know” Nic cried. “Let’s go to India.

“We already went their” Lauren moaned, rolling her eyes.

“Egypt” the dopey nobodies shouted together. “To find our some bodies.”

“Can I set that on fire?” asked surprise, surprise. I’ll let you guess that one.

“Ok that’s a good idea” Lauren remarked.

“I can” Em enquired, looking excited. Lauren gave her an exasperated look.

“Not you”

“Yeah let’s visit Egypt” Nicole told her friends, finally clicking on to the conversation.

“Were going to Egypt to find our some bodies.”

“Wait huh, your doing what know” Nic asked.

“Were nobodies” Bec said.

“Looking for our some bodies” Finished Leisa.

“There” Lauren said out loud, trying to get her friends attention. “We can see the pyramids”

“And set fire to them” Emily added

“Die” Leisa shouted

“No you will” Bec replied

“Will you to please stop playing thumb wars” Lauren told them sternly but the two ignored her.

“I’ll set fire to them” Em offered

“That won’t be necessary” Lauren told her

“Well actually isn’t it more like pinky wars” Nic asked for the two, instead of using thumbs, were using their pinkies instead. “Hey” Bec cried in amazement. “That’s why it’s not working”

“Yay we learnt something today” Leisa shouted, looking extremely pleased with herself.

“We did, what is it” Bec asked

“It’s um oh I think I forgot” Leisa replied

“You learnt something” Nic interrupted, trying to look surprised.

“Guy’s will you concentrate.” Lauren shouted at them.

“What” Nic remarked

“The project” Lauren told her. “Huh” Bec and Leisa exclaimed.

“Just say something” Snapped Lauren.

“Ok um were nobodies” Leisa replied

“Looking for our some bodies” Bec pointed out

“I set them on fire” added Em.

“No” Lauren said

‘Would you quit this fire business, it’s annoying” Nic shouted at Em.

“Nic no” Lauren cried but it was too late. Em had already gotten up and was now climbing up the wall and crawling along the ceiling. The dopey nobodies looked up at her, trying to remember the name in which she went by.

“Emily” Lauren moaned, putting her hands to her hips. “Not again”

“That’s it” Bec cried and Leisa nodded “Now I remember” Lauren turned to Nic

“Apologize” she told her. Nic sat still for five minutes then realizing what Lauren said she looked up at Em. “I’m sorry.” But Em just smiled and shook her head.

“Please come down” Lauren begged but she just grinned devilish at her. Lauren sighed

“Fetch the broom somebody “

“Somebody” Bec and Leisa shouted, looking around. Nic went into the kitchen and returned with the broom. She handed it to Lauren who immediately started trying to brush Em off.

“No no no” Em shrieked at her as she crawled around, evading the broom. Finally Lauren turned the broom around and hit Em hard with the end of the stick. Em caught in surprise fell to the floor. “Are you ok” Bec asked her.

“I think I’m dead” she replied. The others all stared at each other then burst out screaming and started running out of the house.

“Wait this is my house” Leisa said, stopping in the doorway.

“Who cares” Bec told her, grabbing her wrist and pulling her out.

“Hold on a sec, she can’t be dead” Lauren called, stopping in her tracks. The others all halted, and looked at her.

“Huh” exclaimed Bec

“She talked” Lauren told them.

“What” Leisa Asked?

“Oh yeah” Nic agreed “wait what are we talking about”

“The fact that Em’s not dead”

“I get it” Nic cried “I think”

“Well we don’t so explain” Bec and Leisa said together. Lauren sighed.

“If someone talks then they can’t be dead” she explained.

‘Hey wait, Em’s not really dead” Nic realized as Lauren shook her head. Bec and Leisa just looked at each other and shrugged, clearly they still didn’t understand.

“Oh shit, we left Em alone” Lauren shouted “and unsupervised” They all looked at each other, panic and fear easily shown on each face, before they all raced inside. However surprisingly there were no cracks in the walls, and no holes in the roof. Emily hadn’t even set fire to anything. All four girls stood in the doorway, mouths open as they watched their very different, and lets underline the very, friend dancing crazily. But knowing Em, who was known to be extremely random, this wasn’t surprising. What was however was her song choice for she was dancing, and maybe even singing, to none other than the song Barbie girl. Later, once they had all settled down at the kitchen table, Lauren and Nic got drinks for them all. Lauren was quite contempt drinking her water, as she grabbed a pen and started writing something down. Nic, who kept forgetting she had poured herself a glass, now, had five in front of her. Lauren had given Bec and Leisa a bottle of Pepsi to share and the two were amusing themselves with the bubbles. Ever heard the saying small things amuse small minds well this is a good example. As for Em she had told them that she didn’t need a drink for when she went home her brother would give her alcohol. The four girls knew that when it was her brother’s turn to baby-sit he gave it to her so he could get her to sleep. So obviously it was her brother’s turn to stay home and watch her tonight. Her parents had learnt from experience that it was unwise to let Em stay home on her own. Don’t ask.

“Done, I have wrote down all the events that happened so far today” Lauren declared

“Why” Leisa asked

“Because I did, word to word”

“But its only one in the afternoon” Nic pointed out

“So” Lauren demanded

“Word to word” Bec asked puzzled

“Why do I have five cups” Nic said loudly

“Why wont the bubble stuff come out the um” Leisa began

“The big thing that it’s in” Bec added

“Who wrote what down” Nic demanded.

“Oh help” Lauren moaned, putting her head in her hands. Emily drew out her lighter from her pocket and turning it on casually asked

“Can I set it on fire?”
