Betrayal

My past haunts me

burying me under these words

these past sins, tear away my soul

and leak into lies, and betrayal

Tonight i lie, breathing slow

awaiting sweet salvation

The knife in my back,

bleeding its cursed blood

People dont see it

it stays with me, mocking

destroying me,

from the outside in

Blatently, you looked at me

and tried to push me aside

i knew you were't really there

it was something you couldn't hide

breath deeply now,

your final sleep awaits

take a look around you,

for i will not make a mistake

once the deed is done

it cant be changed

your blood on my hand

is premenantly stained

My redemption,

the deed is done

my greatest sin

sleep peacefuly

and now i wait, the knife slowly fades

the sins commited, forgiven

my sad songs of hate, forgotten

and now i await, the cure for my, final

Betrayal
