-1Do you ever wish

That people would see you for who you really are?

Instead of the person that they see

standing in front of them.

I wish that all of my prayers came true

And that life for once

Would go my way

I want to know whats going to happen

So I can stop dreaming of my future.

-

It’d be nice to know whats coming up

So I’m not scared to let someone in

Or give up the chance of a life time.

It’s funny how much you can wish

And none of it come true.

It hurts when you can picture yourself there

but nobody else can

Where they just laugh in your face

And say you’ll never make it

They say you just a kid

who wants to be somebody they aren’t

-

I want to be the person who has their picture taken all the time

Who can’t get any privacy

Who is doing what they love

Not for the money

But so that everybody can see who I really am

To prove to them that I can

I want people to see that I have potential

That I have a beautiful mind

I want people to see and hear my music

Just for people to listen to my music

To be able to relate to it would mean the world to me!

-

The thing is I have a sickening

Feeling that it will never happen

I want to believe in myself

I want to have faith

but I also need people to believe

To give me that kind of faith that I need.
