Typical Angst
Wasting away my mind,
corroding my sanity with acid,
drawing chains of ink across my ebony heart,
while sanguine tendrils of hope,
float in my vision,
as I tear off a tear stained mask,
I fall into a abyss,
knowing my last fortress now sundered,
leaves me open,
to hate and laughter.
(Flame away. Yes I know typical teenage angst-laced cliche poetry... I was in a bad mood.)
