Ramming into the other lane
Car crash hearts only end in pain

Metal screaming as it’s pulled away
To let them view us where we lay

Strewn across the streets of the city
For an audience shooting rays of pity

Appetites for gore finally satisfied
They’ll call for help, though we’ve already died

By midnight the streets will be cleaned of the blood
And leave no reminder that I don't deserve love

The car crash hearts that want to be torn and stained
Those hearts always find their way into pain

Swallowing all the the heartache, you can never get enough
So you continue miserably happy until you just...give up

meh...I really feel sick. The car crash heart metaphor thing came to me while listening to "Thriller" by Fall Out Boy with the phrase 'car crash heart' in it. And yes "give up" implies suicide.
