Lullaby

All I had to do was walk away

Away from the source of Misery

All I had to do

Was say goodbye

And follow the lullaby

Upon my broken black wings

The lullaby speaks

I thought saying goodbye would be tough

But saying it

In the spur of the moment

Was easier than i thought

I walk the path alone

Enchanted by the lullaby

The lullaby of my dreams

Enchanting and calm

I follow it beyond my borders

I wanted to walk away from my misery

And the lullaby granted my wish

The sound of the sweet voice

The sound of the music

As the lullaby plays my broken wings are fixed

I'll fly with fixed wings

To wherever the lullaby wishes me to be

All i had to do was walk away

Away from the pain and misery

When the lullaby continues to play

As i finally become free

My tears will stop flowing

The pain will go away

And then

I can finally rest in peace
