A girl wrote this letter to her boyfriend, indicating that it has been almost half a year that they’ve been together.

Dear Derek,

I know it’s been quite a while since we’ve been together. Like the sun rises and sets, we see each other. Many people envy the moments we share. You may think that we time traveling through space in the speed of light. June is almost near, summer vacation is yet to come.

January when the fireworks blasting there ways up in the sky. They filled our lives with joy, spreading wishes all around.

In moments, Valentine’s Day showered us with the colors Red and White. The beautiful red roses and White chocolate you got me, stayed in my heart as sweet as it can be.

March is when spring begins and our love blossoms and excitement crashes our lives. The moments we shared were brought back into our memories, telling us what we did and how we do it was up to us. The flower is now in your hands. It is your choice to let it live or pluck it from the ground, killing a lively flower for just a moment’s satisfaction.

April. A special month. One I will never forget. I finally got to meet your parents. This was the time I most cherished ‘cause we got the house to ourselves and created an imaginary family where I’m the wife and you’re my husband. Bonding with you was like never before. I got to see a side of you that I never knew you had.

Month of exams are near and we had no time to see each other. No matter how hard I try to hit the books, your pretty face comes back in my mind. Every question I take, I hear your melodic voice singing in my ears. One day the phone rang, I jumped up and race towards it. I thought it was you. But it wasn’t. It was just my results. I sulked back into my room, my face dark as the night. It wasn’t because I did badly, but it has been 2 ½ weeks since we’ve spoken or seen each other.

Now summer is going to start. What will this month bring to our very lives? I’ve sorted through the many gifts I got, but none of them has been from you. Will this month bring us something new?

Love,

Caddy

This letter was found later at the on the ground near Derek’s locker, where he picked it up and read it to himself. He busted through the school doors and looked all around for Caddy. But it was too late. She has left. Gone. The only thing left of her was the letter that was now clutched in his hand.
