A/N:Just a very fluffy poem/song thing I wrote a long time ago.
WHEN THE SUN GOES DOWN
When the sun goes down
And night dons its regal evening gown,
To me comes my man.
He asks for my hand.
I gotta confess;
I just had to say yes.
As the moon glows bright,
Coy bride of the night,
I look into his loving eyes;
I smile and nod in reply.
I gotta confess;
I just had to say yes.
We go for a stroll;
He cuts straight to my soul.
He gives me a ring,
Asks “how ‘bout in spring?”
I gotta confess;
I just had to say yes.
He takes me back to my room,
This bride is kissed by her groom.
His head nuzzles in my hair,
He says, “I’m only yours, I swear.”
I gotta confess;
I just had to say yes.
My crazy heart,
It wouldn’t agree.
It never listened to me.
A/N: I would love it if you reviewed and tell me what you thought of this, even if it's something from the list: Wow, Great, Good, Decent, Bad, Horrible, Go hide in a corner.
A/N 2: About the last part, she wanted to say yes, but age or social standing may have stopped her. She said yes anyway because 'her crazy heart wouldn't agree' to saying no.
