"Ominously Gazing"

Written By: Blk Sapphire

"What are you doing?"

"What does it look like I'm doing? I'm writing a poem"

"About what?"

"None of your business, you're so nosy..."

He sits back in his seat while still staring at her back.

She hunches over and writes to her heart's content.

He continues to observe her motions ominously,

she notices again.

Facing him with smoldering hues he grins,

the grin of a devil.

How was she to know that this fool was to do what he did?

The constant gazing,

the constant questioning,

slipping by corners.

He was a criminal in the disguise of a boy.

"Don't touch me! Stop!"

"You're so beautiful..."

"Shut up, you're disgusting! Get your hands off of me!"

"Don't you want me?"
"No! Stop! Please!"

"You don't?"

A whimper emits from her.

A sleeping rage breaks out from him.

How he laid his hand on her cheek so sweetly,

then nudged his nail into her soft flesh to make her bleed.

Her screams tore through the night air

but where they were,

no one heard her for miles on.

"What do you want? I'll do anything! Please! Just don't!"

"Don't what? Fuck you?”

"Yes! No! Please! Don't!"

"Hmm..."

Another cry, choked up and frightened.

A shove to the ground and the ripping of clothes.

She screams, trying to beat him off of her,

but he is too powerful.

His arms envelope her to cease her constant shuddering of his being.

Yet she does not stop, tears streaking her cheeks.

The blood rolling down her chin from the small wound.

What has she ever done?

What has she ever done to deserve this?

Several months later, she lies in a hospital.

Screaming, crying, and the cry of a baby is heard amongst her hardship...

"It's a boy..."
