MidNight Dawns

Felt as though to the end I had came

The stars one by one they failing to shine

The moments drawing pain from deep within

While ever so slowly they drifting off into eternity

When beyond the next ridge

That was shrouded in a chilling dew drenched haze

Began the slow ascent into the clouded night so cold

The stilled, so quiet drifting moon

‘Twas then with heart deep throbbing

Pulsating life renewal within giving surge to spirit

As snowflakes from the heavens tumbled blissfully

Their crystaled coolness dancing on my face

Giving me to understand that this was not the end

When soul stood stock still coming to understand

That not all lay in a heap and dying

For rather a season a new as a MidNight Dawns
