Wishing on a star

With all my heart

For you to come back

I didn’t realize what you meant to me

Until you disappeared

Now that you are gone

I don’t think I can go on

I can’t spend one more sleepless night alone

So please just come back to me

I am sorry if I had hurt you

I just need you to come back

Before I disappear under the surface of my black river of despair

I need you to come and save me

From my pain and loneliness

Before I disappear

Drowning in my river of despair

I can feel myself slipping

Losing touch with reality

I hear someone call my name

I don’t care because I can’t live without you

I watch as my world becomes smaller as my eyes shut

I let myself fall

The last thing I see is your face as you try to reach for me
