Escape,
From what we know.
Close your eyes. Take a leap.
A world of uncertanties lies,
Beyond

Let the Light Shine

light
innocent, good
saving, believing, loving
trust, life, betrayal, death
fearing, hating, running
evil, empty
dark

Air warm with magic
Graceful wings, fluttering soft
Ever remain hidden

Darkness takes over the sky
And full moon floats above.
Stars are twinkling everywhere,
You can sense the magic.
Walking through the darkened woods,
A glow looms ahead.
As you wander towards the light,
Something flutters by;
A tiny faerie!
All around the trees glisten,
Whispering in the wind.
In the distance music plays;
Joyful and beautiful,
Unlike anything ever heard before.
You blink.
Suddenly all around is the impossible!
Magical creatures, dancing,
Under the bright moon.
With another blink,
All is gone.
The last faerie flutters past,
Disapearing into darkness.
All that is left is the shimmering moon
And glimmering stars,
Hanging in the midnight sky.
Nothing else from this magic world remains.
Someday you will see it again,
For it is always there,
Hidden,
Awaiting your return.
To dreamland

This world is a magical place
In ways it has fallen from grace
But remember your dreams
The world's not as it seems
It still has it's mystical ways
