Darkest Side of Me

So what if you can see
The darkest side of me?
You can’t change what I’ve done
Or save me from what I’ve become

So don’t bother trying

I’ll just tell you to end my life

Through the pain, I’m so afraid
Trust and Love have been betrayed
Don’t know why I survive
No reason left to be alive

Two voices in my mind
Insanity and Anger intertwined
Blood stains the moonlight red
Easing the pain of what they said

So what if you can see
This darkest side of me?
You can’t change what they’ve done
You’re too late, the Maelstrom’s begun.
