A Taste of His Lips (Prologue)

They had spent an amount of time kissing each other, and reveling in the other's scent and skin. Every curve, every spot (be it erogenous or just inapparently insignificant), and every inch of pleasure sensitive skin didn't go by unnoticed. They soon had a mental image of the grooves in each other's face and neck. Their mouths traveled through the expanse of smooth and sensitive skin behind the ear, and the side of the neck. Their lips were hungry for the taste of forbidden desire.

Sam was seated against Jasper, wrapped in Jasper's loving embrace. Sam allowed himself to be kissed by the man he loved. He quietly sighed in contentment.

"Jasper?" Sam whispered, leaning against Jasper's chest. He seated himself more comfortably in his lover's arms.

"Mmm?"

Jasper continued to kiss Sam's neck. His lips traveled slowly to Sam's cheek, rough with unshaven brittle. Sam closed his eyes and waited for his lover's kiss.

"Jasper?"

"Hmm?"

"I love you."

"I love you too, Sam," whispered Jasper as Sam tilted his head back, allowing Jasper to kiss his lips, which were slightly opened and waiting patiently. Jasper kissed him slowly. He wanted to remember the taste of Sam's sweet lips, and forever embed it in his memory.

Their kiss lasted a lifetime; it lasted an eternity. When they finally emerged from the depths of their kiss, the tardy bell had already rang, leaving them no more time to spend with each other.

Sam and Jasper could still taste each other's lips as they walked their own separate paths to their classes.

Jasper's scent clung to Sam's clothing throughout the whole day. It lingered almost invisibly in the air, only noticeable by Sam himself and no one else.
