I feel alone

Where are you?

You said you'd be here.

Yet you are not.

I feel like I'm kidding myself.

I feel like there's no one else.

Yet, you are not here.

I'm alone.

I have triumphs that I wish to share.

There are no tears that I wish to shed.

Yet, you're not here

and all I can think of

are of different ways to avoid to cry.

Yet, I'm not succesful.

There is no way I can avoid

this deep pain in my heart

that I no longer have your love.

that all I want now is to hide.
