What Else Could I Need?

As we lay there tonight

Gazing up at the stars

You leaned over, kissed me tenderly

And told me everything was going to be all right

But will it really, darling?

I can't help but dread tomorrow

Sometimes, I can't help but feel helpless

Powerless

Weak...

But when I look into your eyes

And let my lips tingle from your kiss

Nothing seems to stand in my way anymore!

I no longer feel like a innocent little girl

The wallflower, the outcast

I feel like a real, out loud and proud woman!

You lured my fantasies from their grave

Awakened the sleeping giant in me

And gave me something to smile about...

I feel so vunerable beneath your gaze

The look in your eyes both frightens and excites me!

I let you pull me into your embrace

The giant hungers for contact once again

I search for your lips with mine and make contact

I give myself to the moment with you

NOW I feel as though things will be okay

I've got you by my side, darling!

What else could I need?

NOTE: Heh, I am feeling quite happy. Dunno if this makes any sense whatsoever, but oh well, take it or leave it.

Review if you wish. This is for you, David. I Love You!
