Innocently enough I chew a bit harder on my fingers. Kelsey stares at her reflection like it's the only refection she has.

I very much want to reach out and touch her, but when I try to, I get her reflection as well.

Disgruntled I bite down harder on my fingers. It takes me some time before I am brave enough to take my hand off of the mirror knowing I wasn't going to disappear.

"Do you hear that noise?" I ask.

Ringing

"No."

"…Me either."

She seems jealous of my fingers, I can't help that. They do what they want.
