Raining Blue

-

Filthy hands stroke velvet drops

Scattered all through the ground

Scratching, smothering in the empty pavement

Giving an all too deep scar

The sky is drowning with my fears

Bereavement in each quiet seep

All my shouts are forced away

Ending with a venomous flick

An endless downpour welcomed me

On a new and scampering day

-

What makes me loathe the rain?

For all it did was shower grief?

I stalk and stalk in time

Wandering what great skies took from me

Resigned in taking the joys of life

Been always alone on the balcony window

Watching, gazing, as sharp eyes

Interlude me in every corner

-

Midnight rose elegantly as before

Hovering in the depths of despair

Pitch black was very beautiful

Especially in the eyes of a loner

Was the rain this truly obscure?

To trap me in my lucid dreams?

Then all I need is a peaceful slumber

‘Coz rainy days are fit for the likes of me
