Cody and Mason were not brothers. They were not even related. It was an easy mistake to make, though, since they had the same last name, looked similar enough and lived in the same house.

"We'd like to welcome you and your brother to Roseville College." The clerk said, handing papers to Mason.

"Thanks." Mason ignored her mistake and shoved the papers in his backpack.

"That's, like, the fourth person today who thought we were brothers." Cody started walking towards their first class. "Shouldn't we correct them at some point?"

"I don't know. I kind of like the idea of having a brother."

Cody thought about for a moment, then smiled. "Yeah, me too."

Mason’s grin was mischievous. "Besides, you'd never get a date if a guy thinks he has to compete with my hot ass."

Since Roseville was a very small town and Roseville College was a very small college, new people attracted attention. Especially cute new people. Phillip saw the two boys entering the classroom and he did what most people do when they see someone attractive. He quickly turned away and pretended not to see them.

He couldn’t decide if it was good or bad luck when they took the seats directly in front of him. On one hand, this gave him the opportunity to get to know them. On the other hand, he didn’t want to spend the entire semester with an erection.

He’d heard they might be brothers. He wondered if they were twins. They were both freshman and therefore probably the same age. They were not identical but they were about the same height and build. They both had brown hair although Mason had darker hair, almost black. They both had loose curls and hair just long enough to show those curls. Cody’s hair looked baby fine. They were both too beautiful for words and Phillip really wanted to run his fingers through Cody's curls.

Mason turned to whisper something in Cody's ear. As he turned he made eye contact with Phillip. Phillip, embarrassed at being caught, looked down at his blank paper and started writing gibberish as fast as he could trying to make it look important. Mason held back a smile.

"He was staring at the back of your head with a really goofy, dreamy smile." Mason whispered, leaning in to Cody so they wouldn't

be overheard as they walked towards the cafeteria.

"And you think, what, he really likes my hair? That's kind of weird."

"I don't know, but when I caught him he got all flustered and started writing really fast. That means he was probably thinking something naughty."

"What's he look like?"

"I don't know... tall, built, really short blond hair. Cornfed comes to mind." Mason stopped suddenly and pivoted to face Cody. "He's behind me. Over there. Sitting by himself."

Cody peaked around Mason and was happily surprised. "He's really cute.”

Mason sat down and pulled out his lunch. "Let's sit here so we can observe him in his natural habitat. If he's insane, we’re bound to notice. You know, you should go talk to him. He's obviously interested in something you have to offer."

"I don't know. He's way too cute for me. Too built, too perfect, too out of my league. You should talk to him. You’re gorgeous. You always get hot guys like that."

"See, you always say stuff like that but it makes no sense. If I always get hot guys, that would make you hot since I went out with you."

"We didn't really go out. You moved into my house. We shared a bunk bed, we’re best friends and gay. It was convenient sex."

"Is that what you think? That's stupid. I don't have sex with anyone who isn't perfect and I don't sleep with someone just because they're convenient. I'm not a slut and neither are you. I think I’ll forgive you because you always get stupid about guys but I don't want to hear that crap again. Tell me what Cornfed is doing now."

"He's eating."

"Fascinating."

“Phillip, what are you doing?”

“What?” Phillip startled at the question and at being caught staring. “I was just, um, thinking.”

“Must have been some thought.” Jake noticed the dazed look in Phillip’s eyes and the heated look to his skin. Jake knew what that meant. “So, who is it?”

Phillip frowned. “God, am I really that transparent? Why can’t I be mysterious and cool? They are probably over there laughing at me as we speak.”

“Bumbling idiot looks better on you. And who is ‘they’?” Jake said, looking around trying to figure out who Phillip was talking about. Jake spotted the two new boys and smirked. “Never mind. I think I can guess.” Jake had noticed the boys earlier and admired how they came in a matching set.

“I heard they’re brothers.”

“Really?” This information made them even more interesting to Jake as all kinds of interesting scenarios came to mind.

“They have the same last name and address. Plus they came to town at the same time. They at least have to be related don’t you think?”

“Oh, definitely. So, do you think they do each other?”

Phillip choked on his soda. “What! God, you have to warn me when you’re going to say something insane. Thank you very much, now I’ve attracted their attention by spitting soda all over my pants. I’m sure they’re chomping at the bit to go out with me now.”

“He just spit all over himself.” Cody said.

“Mmmm, sexy. A hair fetish and a drinking problem. I’d still do him and that guy he’s with.”

“What are the odds that both of them even like guys?”

“Let’s find out.” Mason moved closer to Cody. “Now don’t freak.” Mason reached up and wiped at the side of Cody’s mouth with his thumb, then leaned forward and slowly licked the same spot. Mason glanced sideways to see the reaction. “Oh, yeah.” He smirked. “I’d say they’re into it.”

“What the hell are you doing?” Cody whispered loudly looking very disturbed. “How is licking me going to convey my availability? They’re going to totally think we’re together now. Plus you made Cornfed spit all over himself again.”

“It won’t matter. At least he knows you’re into guys. If you flirt a little, he’ll know you’re interested and available.”

“Yeah, and cheating on my boyfriend. Real classy.”

“Look, do you want to stage a fight so we can break up?”

“God, no. I think we’ve created enough drama for today.”

“Holy shit. Did you just fucking see that?”

Phillip did see but was still trying to catch his breath after inhaling his drink.

“I get dibs on that dark haired one. He’s a pervert. I am in fucking love. Philip, did you see that shit?”

“Yeah, wow, that was, um, wrong.” Although, his dick wanted to argue the point.

“Wrong? No, that was HOT. I told you they were doing each other. Hell, if I were them I’d do each other, too.”
