Author: SeeShellofBlood It's a poem I wrote in English class thinking about my ex and about a date i have at the carnival tomorrow with his best friend. I think it's pretty decent.

Attractions
No one knows why it happens
or what it does,
No matter what happens,
You still feel alone, out in the cold.
Oppositions are attracted
To their opposing natures,
But are overflown with differences
Wiping clean their affections;
Then they are attracted
To their similar interests
But are over come with monotony
That deafens their affections.
No one knows why it happens
Or what it does,
No matter what happens,
You still feel alone, out in tthe cold.
These carosel rides are
Making me sick,
Switching out my insides for air.
I need a faster ride to
Save me from desparing.
I need a mechanical fixation
Not another mutilation
Coming from your loving eyes.
No one knows why it happens
Or what it does,
No matter what happens,
You still feel alone, out in tthe cold.
Cotton candy kisses
Satified me once,
Now I'm looking for a different
Attraction.
Candy-covered lust
Doesn't fix everything,
I need a different type of a
Fixation.
No one knows why it happens
Or what it does,
No matter what happens,
You still feel alone, out in tthe cold.
(Peach fuzz, nails, and jokes,
Nothing's ever the same.)
Oh no..
(Pretty dresses and prom,
In the end you're still alone.)
Oh..yeah!
No one knows why it happens
Or what it does,
No matter what happens,
You still feel alone, out in tthe cold.
