Cigarette Burns, Heals
The
flickering of the burning amber
The smoke
rising from deep within the skinny cylinder
Ashes
whipping away in the wind
Twirling
around my finger
Trapping
itself within my hair
The smoke
makes its place
It goes
deep in
Suffocates
the thoughts
Or at
least eases them, then
Nothing
forgets itself inside your head
But at
least smoke clouds it
While the
burning progresses
While the
burning remains
Is there
anything words can say
To take
the sting away?
Only the
blazing amber
Can help,
haze you
