Prologue
A murder in the night, I was left to die alone as I lay upon the cold forest floor. The gruesome pain constricted my body, holding me into a motionless state. My heart beat excruciatingly against the emptiness of the hole that emerged from the wound within my chest, my blood seeping from me unforgivably. Every gasp I took agonized me, my tears never-ending. The trees whispered amongst themselves as the cool breeze gently swept across my ever-fading body. Here is where I bid my heart farewell from a life that never should have left . . .
Chapter I.

There was a wanted sign posted on every corner. The police were marching through towns and cities, inquiring if anyone had seen that girl, that very girl they claimed to be the one.
While back through the Amara forest, that very girl was riding on a black horse, racing upon the white snow. But they didn’t know that… they were too oblivious to the truth and too obsessed with their murderous intentions.
While galloping through the Amara forest, there was a big plateau waiting up ahead for that unforeseen descend to the ground 5,000 feet below. But both the horse and the girl knew of that, and they also knew of the danger that lies behind them.
The heavy grunts of the horse’s breathing intensified. The thunder of the horse’s hooves racing upon the ground gradually amplified. The steady breathing of the young lady stayed as calm as the ocean waves.
And then… there it was… the very drop that no human or horse could ever live to see a day after. But this was no ordinary day; this was no ordinary life, not even the slightest ordinary destiny. They both were not like them. Those that made the world what it is: mundane and obviously oblivious to what really lies ahead, what the world really is.
So there will be no fear, no heightened tensions in every muscle, no heartbeat that will thump violently, no sweat gently gliding down up the brow. Just imagine the gentle waves rolling upon the shore…
NOW! Jump to thine death and never be forgiven and always be forgotten: the human motto of the very plummeting of the Kasumi plateau. But whose to say there cannot be a once in a lifetime occasion, where a young lady, such as her, and a valiant black horse such as him, should glide through the air and land without any repercussions?
NOW! This very moment! They jumped and soared through the midnight air as if they had wings… The breath-taking silence reverberated through the atmosphere… can you hear the serenity of her heartbeat? The tranquility of her breathing? The wonderful silence that this world greatly needs?
It was as if thunder and lightening itself, teamed up right above you and cracked so loud you couldn’t even think. Just as they landed, so graceful and focused, yet so determined to not give up this fight, the rumble of the helicopters surged through the air. The spotlights quickly searched through the darkness.
The rumble of the hooves still galloped on, leaving prints behind in the snow. The spotlight soon found these hoof-prints, and within moments quickly gained on the very horse and young lady they were chasing.
But just as the light was going to target them, she gave a simple smirk.
The spotlight steadily followed to footprints, almost to the source… One of the helicopter pilots yelled, “THERE!!” right as the light hit the target. They all stared in disbelief. The helicopter pilot couldn’t believe his eyes, and barely whispered, “What the fuck?!”
There it was, the spotlight and all its glory, as empty as the abyss…
