Prologue

Kiera’s POV

I really hate my life. It's so lame. I mean sure I've got superpowers (that my parents don't know about), but my parents are the most successful superheroes and the most successful at their jobs. Not to mention they're good guy! Ugh! It's annoying. My mom and dad are chief justices and are Mr. and Mrs. Justice, the superheroes. My older brother is Captain Obvious superhero wise and personality wise. He made it known who he was recently, to the public. He was popular before, and some people were coming up to me and asking me to set them up with him... but now everyone is and it is annoying! Luckily I got my parents to let me switch to a public school where no one knew who I was. Oh great I have to go get ready for my first day of school. Hmph.

Rafe's POV

How much worse can my life get? I mean I know having powers is awesome, and fortunately my parents don't know about them, but that's my problem: my parents. Don't get me wrong I do love them, but I'm not evil... They are. My parents are successful singers and successful supervillians. They just took me from my school, and it was really nice too, and put me in a public school, just so they would have more money for equipment So now I have to get ready for a my first day at what's probably going to be the most horrible school. Terrific!
