What a rotten day this turned out to be

All these times before I caught you in a lie

You would always apologize and cry

I guess my heart wasn’t ready for goodbye

I would always say one more and I’m gone

But I forgave you each and every time

But I guess I was hoping you would listen

But you never knew what to say other than lies

So this time, baby its goodbye

I’m packing my things and not coming back

I will not shed any more tears for you

I’m not taking you shit anymore

I loved you, but understand what tense this is in

You can sit and wait for me

Stare at the rode waiting for me to return
