Dear me

I am lost yet again

Shattered and weak beneath this wretched sky

So pitifully looking at its majestic disbelief

That I am humane

That I am subtle

It spreads from horizon to horizon

Engulfing my being

As if taunting

That I am not enough

And will never be enough

It just stays there

With its royal coat of azure

The striking sapphire

That melts my eyes

But not so peacefully

For it never fails to remind me

That I am small and weak

And never enough
