Can a hallway echo in silence?

This one does.

Queen Mab has been here

Clawing in the beautific dreams

of littl'uns;

sneering in the sheepcount

of old ranch hands.

Her sharp teeth and tongue

mixing a static to flow

through the broken glass

nightmares of interrupted man.

She delicately weaves in

a drop of black-sweet nothings.

Her spidery coach ascending

to your sleep-opened ear

to kiss you with poisoned lips.

She'll carress your closed eye

and smile prettily with cunning sights

While she seperates her chaste lips

to swallow your being.

She does not devour your heart but

She nibbles at your sleepy thoughts.
