So there we are,

The four of us

Frozen in time forever

Best friends since birth

Almost

Not quite sisters

Remember that day?

We jumped rope for hours

Thinking it made a difference

Didn’t know we were going

Nowhere

So where are we now?

Married, engaged, traveling far

Away, college

Remember we said that

We’d be together forever?

Years have passed
