Little girl used to be afraid to cross the street

without the protection of her father's hand.

If they ever almost got run over by them NY taxis,

Daddy would make it alright again.

Little girl used to want to hold on to her mother,

sit on her lap on the bus and in the car.

If baby girl ever got car sick

Mummy would make it alright again.
