TOUCH

By Joshua Parish

Been so long without your touch

Oh god, I missed you so much

Now with you I’m free

And with you I see

The future shining bright

With happy, joyful light

I burn to feel your lips on my neck

One gentle suction, I’m a wreck

Your teeth scratch my moistened skin

Drawing blood that you drink in

Scream your name when tongue touches flesh

Leaving memories new and fresh

I kill to have your gentle hands

Travel bout like sands

Feel your arm hold me while I hold you

Touching silky white flesh, and sinew

I lay my head upon your shoulder, cry

Your face still pressed to my neck, never had to try

I can let it all drop in your embrace

The pretentious acts that make me race

That fill me full of pain and dread

Make me wish myself dead

These feelings melt away in your hold

Leave me with you, no longer cold

My tears dry up, and I smile, look into your eyes

You smile back no dark, no lies

Your mouth goes lower, and I blush

And pleasure fills me with a rush

My head’s thrown back

With you I have no lack

I love you with all my soul

With passion burning like reddened coal

I am completed, I am whole

While with you, no false goal

Been so long without your love

Now I have you, my little dove
