Untitled

I always seem to hurt another person,

The words in my mouth are all too loose,

I hurt them all to save my secrets,

Secretly hanging my friendships on a noose.

Standing in front of them all,

Lying while feeling taunted,

That the day I die I hope you don't cry,

'Cause I finally got what I wanted.

I'll whisper good bye,

And it'll hit me like thunder,

I never did a damn thing for anyone,

And I'm the true selfish wonder.

A/N: This was written after a conversation on abortion, stem cell research, the importance of a mother and father, and I ended up saying some stupid things to him. I selfishly used his family life as an example because of my envy and hurt on some of the things he said to me.

I’m truly sorry to everyone I hurt, offended, and/or bothered.

And I’m especially sorry to this boy whom I had the conversation with. You know who you are.
