Author Note: (1) I am well aware that bloodful is not a word, but at the time that this was written (which was over three years ago), I felt like using it. (2) This poem was inspired by an Inu Yasha fanfiction called Indigos Bloom. The reason why this poem is posted here instead of on FanFiction dot net is because there is nothing in the poem that specifically points to the characters of Inu Yasha. To read the story that inspired this poem, go to and look up Sailor Panda on Fanfiction dot net.
Bloodful Bloom
Worry.
All to
consuming,
Never slipping.
Voice,
Calming,
Washing,
All
of the doubts away.
Battle,
Finally
over.
Everything ends.
Home.
Return,
Present,
Appears
to be peaceful.
Horror,
Family
all dead.
A beloved there.
Guilt.
Sorrow.
Monster.
The
man loved is now lost.
Last Hope.
Makes
a final wish.
Is awoken.
Dream.
Man
tells
A truth.
Horror caused by flower.
Bloom
Tainted.
Shows
blood,
Woven in indigo.
Reality
Brings
her no comfort.
Fang marks are seen.
What is,
Appears
to be more
than what is seen.
