This was written when I had not heard from my love, Jenn. I was sad and questioning myself, and this was also during and before finals week . So I was growing more worried and depressed by each day. But we are together again and happy, so all is fine.

Shining stars of light

Let us hear of our loving words again
Don't let our love for each other die
Oh Jenn, where are you, my love?
My mind keeps making these worst case scenarios that make me cry
Has your rapist escape?
Did he find and kill you?
Did you die in a car crash?
Did someone beat you up?
Oh please, tell me it is not so
Let me hear of your loving words again
Everyone is trying to say these scenarios are not true
But, it still hurts to not hear from you
It makes me cry and die inside
