something in the air (sweet, but you wouldn't catch that)
the smell of delinquency of a minor, i think you said but it looks more like romeo and juliet you've never been in his car felt the wheels whir beneath you, smelling his cologne and his cigarettes and kissing his chapped lips and his hands on your hips and wondering what it would be like if it could all be real but darling,
i'm just the victim of you in the soap-opera drama and we'll just tell you

you don't understand you don't even know him over and over again

don't know just how hush hush cliche we are you know,
you're not really my type but i like the way you like me want the way you want me need the way you need me stolen lines from any old song on any old radio as long as it was yours.
