Apple of My Eye
I picked an apple from a tree.
The worm inside crawled inside of me.
And there in my gut it grew and grew.
My little worm, you know I love you.
You wonder where babies come from.
You ponder if you are loved
and you’ll receive my praise.
My little parasite.
One day I sat screaming in pain.
You were a bloody mess that drove me insane.
A razor blade to the cord we share.
Don’t you cry,
don’t you even dare.
You wonder where children come from.
You ponder if you’re a gift from above and I’ll tell you this now.
There is no above and you are the proof.
I sit and watch my squirmy little worm.
A being that my heart shall truly spurn.
Crawl away you evil thing,
it’s only hatred that you care to bring.
You wonder where children go to.
You ponder why I never hold you and you will find that place which you’re bound.
A deep black hole that I dug in the ground.
